Terms & Conditions
1. Bookings & Deposits
All appointments require a €25 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the service. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
2. Travel Fees
A travel fee may apply depending on your location. This will be confirmed at the time of booking and added to the final price where applicable.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the loss of your deposit. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather or safety concerns.
4. Vehicle Condition
Customers must provide accurate information regarding the condition of their vehicle at the time of booking. Heavily soiled vehicles (e.g. excessive pet hair, mould, biohazards, or waste) may incur additional charges, which will be discussed prior to work commencing.
5. Valuables & Personal Belongings
Please remove all personal belongings from your vehicle prior to your appointment. We cannot accept responsibility for any items left inside the vehicle.
6. Service Limitations
While we take the utmost care in our work, some defects (including deep scratches, stains, or wear) may not be fully removable. Paint correction and other advanced services aim to improve the appearance but do not guarantee complete defect removal.
7. Payment
The remaining balance, including any applicable travel fee, must be paid in full upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in advance. We reserve the right to withhold the vehicle until full payment has been received.
8. Delays
Service times are estimates and may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle. We will endeavour to complete all work within the agreed timeframe but cannot guarantee exact completion times.
9. Liability
NSN Auto Detailing will not be held liable for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle. Any concerns should be raised prior to the service. We are insured; however, any claims must be reported immediately.
10. Weather Conditions (Mobile Services)
For mobile detailing services, work may be rescheduled due to adverse weather conditions that could affect safety or quality.
11. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a service if a vehicle is deemed unsafe, excessively hazardous, or if conditions are unsuitable to carry out the work.
12. Satisfaction
Customer satisfaction is important to us. Any concerns must be raised immediately upon completion of the service so they can be addressed promptly.
